Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation has a variety of convenient payment options available to our customers. Please choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Phone
Please call our toll free number 1-844-298-5382 to make payments by phone. Payments by phone will not be accepted on our office line. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and eChecks. A convenience fee will be charged for all payments by phone. Please contact our office at (512) 446-2604 for any questions regarding your account. 

Online Payment
​Please click the red button to get started. A convenience fee will be charged for all online payments. In order to view your account balance, you must create an online account. Otherwise, you will need your account number, bill amount, and the name on your account in order to process your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and eChecks. Please contact our office at (512) 446-2604 for any questions regarding your account.

Multi- Account Quick Pay

Customers with multiple accounts can now pay on all accounts at one time using the Quick Pay option. Please be sure to have your account numbers and balances available, as these will have to be input manually. Multi-Account Payments will be charged a single transaction fee (3% + $1.00 for Credit Card Transactions, $1.50 for eChecks) for the entire transaction. 

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction, subject to the discretion of Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation on a case by case basis in compliance with the Corporation's policies.

Payment In Office

We accept cash, check, money order, debit, and credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) transactions in our office during business hours. There is a drop box available at the front of our office for after hours cash, check, and money order payments. Please include your bill stub or note your account number(s) on all drop box payments. Payments placed in the drop box after hours on the bill due date will be considered on time. Our office is located at 706 E. Cameron Ave. Rockdale, TX. 76567

Payment By Mail 

​If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your bill stub along with your payment, or note your account number(s) in the memo portion of your payment. Payments by mail should be sent to P.O. Box 232 Rockdale, TX. 76567. Payments by mail must be post marked on or before the due date in order to avoid a late fee on the account. 

Paperless Billing

In order to enroll in paperless billing, you must sign into your existing online profile or create a new online profile through our payment portal. There is no additional charge to enroll in paperless billing. If you choose to receive bills via email, you will no longer receive a bill in the mail. Your bill will be sent out the same day as printed bills. Bills sent via email will not contain usage information.

Automatic Bank Draft

A form will need to be filled out and returned to the office by no later than the 15th of the month in order to be set up for the next month's billing. Customers set up on automatic bank draft will still receive a bill in the mail, and drafts will be processed within 3 business days of the bill due date. There is no additional charge to your account for this payment method.  Please view the Automatic Bank Draft form, located on our Forms page, for more details.

​Notice: In the event that a business, personal, or eCheck payment is returned by the bank as insufficient or non-negotiable for any reason, the account for which the instrument was issued shall be assessed a return check charge of $30.00.
